The key for this opens Prep workout is to push yourself as one of the movements should be in your wheel house. Remember that Rest position on a Thruster is at the top, Push Up success is keeping the elbows in tight, and Box Jumps should be caught with feet wide... always rest on the top of the mountain not at the bottom!
